My 2 daughters have been karate students at ADAA for many years since they were both very small. Both have learned great lessons in discipline, exercise, hard work and how to defend themselves. Their training has also boosted their confidence and their will to keep pressing forward. The trainers and leaders do an excellent job with their students, and they encouraged and inspired me to begin training in Aikido over 3 years ago. Overall experience- Excellent and I highly recommend anyone to join any of the numerous classes offered.

The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Your child will learn to both give and command respect, and to protect themselves when needed. I've studied Aikido at this school for about 3 years after moving to the area. I also study at another school in Dallas, and studied in Arkansas for about 12 years prior to moving. I find the instruction excellent. And, the attitude and interaction of both the teachers and students is second to none. Watching the kids class, I'm constantly impressed at how well Martinez Sensei works with the kids. Highly recommend.
Absolutely wonderful experience for our entire family! The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and our kiddos have so much fun at every class. I have been so impressed by the culture of respect and encouragement, and I love watching the students' confidence grow as they learn new skills.
I am a new student at the ADA Academy and my experience so far has been one of my best when it comes to learning a new martial art. The instructors are always kind, patient and helpful when working through any technique with me or any of the beginners and I hope to learn much, much more under them in the months and years to come.
ADAA is an exceptional Martial Arts school and has taught my daughter a lot about discipline, hard work, self defense and karate. The teachers, especially Mr. Martinez and Mr. Folmar are great with the kids. We highly recommend this school!
